Hey There!

I'm Kelly Smith.

Willow & Oak started out as a side-hustle to help out a former colleague. Luckily, there were other entrepreneurs who wanted thoughtful, authentic, and honest marketing strategy, and with gratitude, Willow & Oak grew fast and here we are!

Here's the deal:

I have an unrelenting desire to help those who want to improve the lives of others, empower the marginalized, and support the underdog. It's a privilege to bring good ideas to fruition that improve peoples lives in big and small ways every day. These are the clients I choose to support, and I go all in to see their businesses & non-profits grow and flourish.

A bit about me:

I'm an introvert and pair well with extroverts; which has made for some super successful and super fun Visionary/Integrator relationships. I prefer to work in the background and "make things go smoothly," but I tend to either get on a soapbox with a microphone, or give presentations every now & then. I serve as the Membership Chairperson for Women Business Owners and have been nominated for the Solo Business Owner of the Year.

The nuts & bolts:

I have 20 years of Operational, Marketing , & Administrative experience, as well as a B.A. in English Literature from Seattle University and an A.A. in Marketing Management from Bellevue College.

The fun stuff:

My husband is totally fun, smart & hilarious, my two little boys are the loves of my life (also fun, smart & hilarious),  the PNW is home, I'd rather be outside (even in the rain). I like to volunteer for causes that break my heart, watch and participate in sporting events, go to concerts, and read.

We donate a percentage of our monthly revenue to Charity:Water because we feel that clean, safe drinking water should be a basic human right.

Currently, 663 Million people do not have access to clean water, and at Willow & Oak, we feel this is not acceptable. Did you know that for only $30 per month one person gets access to clean water? It's true!
